Why Run

Why do we run? Why do we do anything etc etc.

A few things worth knowing about this file format:

• Plain paragraphs work exactly like normal writing.
• Bold, italics, and inline code all work as expected.
• Headings with #, ##, ### create the chapter’s internal structure and automatically show up in the sidebar navigation on the web version.

A sub-section

This becomes a nested entry in the table of contents automatically — you don’t maintain the TOC by hand.
